Road Trip: Wisconsin State HOG Rally Chippewa Falls, August 21, 2004
This year's Wisconsin State HOG Rally was held in Chippewa Falls August 20-22. We elected once again to just spend Saturday there (August 21), so we headed out at 6:00 AM for the ride up there and it was c-o-l-d riding. Temps were in the low 40s and when we got past Tomah, WI, they dropped even lower, I guessed into the 30s. We were frozen when we finally stopped for breakfast in Black River Falls. But by the time we got to the rally, things were warming up and it ended up being a beautiful day. We had a good time, visited with old friends, and had a very pleasent, and WARMER ride back home. A nice 300+ mile day.

My new motorhome/toy hauler. It was only $150,000+! |

| Another view of my new motorhome. It had a lift on the back and a "garage" for bringing your bikes along. |
Awwww! Isn't it cute? |

| The women's slow race. The woman in the lane next to the yellow Blast ended up winning the whole thing. |
This guy was TALL! He rode while sitting on the passenger seat and still his legs were too long! |

This guy ended up winning the slow race. I think they said he was from South Carolina. He was good--he could come to nearly a complete stop! |

Uh oh! I guess I was a bad girl... |

|
| Quite a few bikes were there. They were parked all over the place. |
