We understand that sometimes things don’t go perfectly. Packages can be delayed, products can arrive damaged, or an item may simply not be what you expected. If there’s ever a problem, please reach out to us — we’ll do our best to make it right.
Our Promise
We believe customer service still matters. We treat our customers the way we would want to be treated ourselves, with fairness, honesty, and respect.
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us and we’ll work with you on a solution such as:
- Replacement items
- Store credit
- Partial refunds
- Full refunds when appropriate
Personalized & Custom Orders
Because personalized items are made specifically for your pet, they generally cannot be returned for simple preference changes. However, if there is an issue with the craftsmanship, engraving, or order accuracy, we will absolutely work with you to correct it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll help investigate the issue and assist however we can.
Fair Use
While we work hard to take care of our customers, we also reserve the right to deny refunds or replacements in cases involving abuse, fraud, intentional misuse, or repeated attempts to exploit our policies.
